      Pros

      "Work-life balance". This is good for people who want to settle (As mostly easy work hours, work from home). People are mostly nice, can reach out for help. They provide free shutlle(to the nearest metro) Have paid cab services too.

      Cons

      -There are few projects which are good, but they mostly have testing jobs now -Probably won't learn much (esp for freashers) -Quite a lot of internal politics -Many teams/projects do not have a code review channel. -Many teams/projects do not follow agile properly

      Flexible timings Work life balance CTC is little above average for a fresher If you want to prepare for something else , you will have ample opportunities Good to join if you want to settle now ,

      Cons

      Forceful allocation of freshers to testing . Resourcing team behavior is too rude with the freshers. Very minimal hike. Not enough learning opportunities
