      Pros

      Great American=Style Tech Company on the face of it. Lots of interesting cultural values and ideals. Certainly make you feel included, for the most part.

      Cons

      Does not deliver on it's promise, holds you accountable to unreasonable expectations, all that glitters is not gold. Middle Management have a school-bully arttitudew.

      Pros

      - Free lunches occasionally if they remember to invite your team - Your peers and equals are incredibly talented and passionate, across all teams - Hard working, intelligent customer support team.

      Cons

      - Toxic work culture, fostered by two faced management tactics and job insecurity - zero career progression post citrix merger. Unless you're an ex citrix employee you're completely stonewalled. - Zero culture, no one seems to want to take the time to actually get to know their colleagues. It wasn't always this way, but post-merger there's been zero focus on this. - Too many stupid meetings. Be prepared for meetings about meetings with follow up surveys. - Clueless management structure. Direct managers are too busy backstabbing each other and playing politics to genuinely provide any value.

      My former company is merged with lmi, Im no longer valued, many changes are put in place just to drive us away.

      Pros

      I am sorry, but I just Couldnt think of any major cons. They have open office space, maybe that counts one?

      Cons

      Demotion (decision made NOT based on performance), frequent management change, no alignment across teams, low efficiency, leaders are not doing what's the best for the business, but what would make themselves look good.
