      Pros

      Inspiring people to work with, cool offices and lots of additional perks besides the good salary and benefit package. I like the independency I have in my job, I have a say so in what I'm gonna work on. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Still balancing on the line of being a startup vs being a corporate company, some processes are strict some are loose. Culture and values are still forming.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment and conditions, great people, plenty of social events and the company also cares about charity - all combined with a good salary.

      Cons

      General development vs product struggle like everywhere else I worked for.

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Great products, good initiatives for employee engagement such as kick offs, presidents club or mentoring. Some very smart people whom you can learn from.

      Cons

      Growing that much and that fast isn't easy. Company became less personal in the last few years due to its growth. More about processes than people, but that happens to most companies at that scale.
