It is disappointing to hear your feedback, as the Boston UCC sales team had the highest level of President’s Club achievers. Our Director-level leadership aims to provides clarity and transparency to this team through weekly stand-ups and other communications forums, and we are proud of the high retention rate of our sales account managers in this division. However, your experience is clearly not matching to that of others and we’d encourage you to reach out directly to the leadership team members as they have an open-door policy. They’d welcome your opinion and be happy to hear any actionable suggestions you have to improve things.

I have re-read your review several times to make sure I truly understood the advice you were giving me. As CEO of LogMeIn I wanted to respond personally to your review. I couldn’t agree more with your comment about the need to continuously hire top talent and develop and challenge our existing colleagues. However, given that we just completed a year in which we merged two sizeable companies, created a billion-dollar software company with more than 24 million users, and hired more than 600 new people, I admit to being a little perplexed by your comment about “not willing to take chances.” I recognize it’s sometimes hard to give direct feedback, but as an employee I have to believe you share my genuine interest in making our company even better, so I’d really appreciate the chance to learn more about your perspective and listen to your ideas.
