      Micromanagement and poor leadership. Just bad.

      Coffee was free and decent.

      Cons

      Unqualified management that self deal and micro manage. Zero direction. Zero collaboration. Constant changes in direction. Consistent record of upper management going behind the backs of directors to change policy or plans without informing.

      New Leadership is difficult to work with

      Pros

      1st Friday of each month is off for 'Self-Care Day', great PTO, can work full time remote, cool swag, some great people

      Cons

      I had been with the company 8 years and was laid-off. I had rotated through so many managers and felt like I had to start fresh each time, never complaining. They gave me the work of 2 people, and then got upset it wasn't as high-quality. No room for growth. So many good people have lost their jobs.
