      well managing, small business creating a viable product! I have been consistently happy with the investment Jive Communications create with us, our people, in making us improved at our task and creating career paths for those edger in career progress.

      hugged terrible experience. False company. A not better place for competitive person. Like, Horrible business management, Horrible job culture, Horrible job culture.

      Pros

      Culture - the people are the best part about this place. Fun and welcoming. The business invests in a lot of social events to help maintain the postive vibes in the office Incentives - Fantastic points program that promotes a healthy competitive work environment (which is important in sales). Compensation and benefits - best commission plan I've ever seen or heard of - top health cover included, trip to Boston for onboarding, annual kick off conference overseas (Vegas and Arizona in the past).

      Cons

      Certain internal resources located in USA. Can be difficult sometimes with time differences.
