      -Good product -Good intern processes -Good work environment -Good benefits

      Cons

      -Bad leadership -Marketing is not very good and it has an impact in sales. -Even if you work very hard, you could be layoff anytime.

      Cons

      - Drastic changes to sales territories, partner territories, and sales processes every quarter resulting in lost sales and dissatisfaction among partners, making it difficult to track performance consistently. - Lack of consistency across sales teams, hindering unified efforts and creating inefficiencies. - Deficiencies in communication skills and proper management, leading to misunderstandings and misalignment. - Focus primarily on generating ARR without prioritizing current customer and partner relationships - Disorganized internal reporting and data management - Poor diversity and inclusion practices - Subpar pay, exacerbated by recent commission cuts - Non-existent work/life balance

We recently invested resources towards a new sales process that enables and upskills our reps in their selling activities and a comprehensive onboarding/continuing education program to ensure reps and their managers were supported and ramped efficiently on the needed skills to help them do their jobs more effectively. Regarding your comment about work/life balance, the flexibility GoTo offers is consistently ranked highest among our external reviews and internal survey results. We understand everyone’s experience can vary, but we believe balance is essential for GoGetters' overall well-being and success – and we foster it through self-care days and other generous policies.
