* Salary, benefits and bonuses are pretty good * Lots of interesting development challenges * Adopting cutting edge technologies is encouraged * Opportunities to move into leadership roles * Very respectful and civilized work culture

Cons

* Development jobs are outsourced to lower cost countries - bad for everyone's morale * Leadership are stressed and transmit that down the line * Constantly shifting priorities make it difficult to commit to a project, since you never know if it will be de-prioritized or killed and your effort will be wasted * Too much hiring too fast * PagerDuty

- full work from home experience - friendly atmosphere: coworkers, managers, hr and administrative personnel are all very friendly and supportive - nice benefits: half yearly cash bonus, swags, private health care, self-care day once a month (holiday), flexible work hours, - chance to work with different technologies: various products have different technology stacks with mostly up-to-date infra: cloud (AWS mostly), docker, git, atlassian products - nice security community with access to avatao lessons

Cons

- as probably in all large companies, some projects have a long history with tons of legacy code and exotic use cases, which can get especially painful when experienced developers decide to leave, so there is practically no one to ask about existing weird functionality.
