      Sales org in shambles

      Pros

      Used to be a good company. Since private equity took over its in shambles

      Cons

      Since being purchased by private equity they have completely gutted the sales org. I would never recommend you join the company now. There is no way to hit your quota. It’s bad. Really bad. Unless they completely change the way the new sales org is set up it’s going to be a disaster for 2021

      Mostly kind immediate coworkers. Flexible work from home policy.

      Cons

      The HR leadership team is tone deaf at best and malicious at worst. Upper and middle management is cruel and retaliatory towards anyone with a dissenting opinion. Constructive feedback about leaders is ignored, allowing them to perpetuate bad habits and discriminatory behavior. Compensation is poor considering what you’ll put up with on this team.
