      Pros

      Great place to acquire skills of how an XXL software company creates, markets and sells products. International work experience with collaboration across borders. Amazing office spaces and very good work conditions. Access to the most recent software and hardware tools of the trade. Strong team spirit in individual product groups.

      Cons

      Very complex organization, opaque management layers. Bottom-up flow of ideas and creativity are not always welcome. Real in-house innovation gradually replaced by acquisitions.

      Pros

      I like to work with my team where we support and inspire each other. This is a very safe and fun environment, good vibes in the office, we have all the software and hardware we need. Benefits are the usuals, team drinking, breakfast, lunch, events, etc..

      Cons

      Referral fees could be raised, my previous company had higher amount.
