The company has some good benefits and cares about people. Teammates are great Local managers are good and nice in gerenal

Cons

The company strategy is somehow not clear and everything seem to go in the wrong direction Some people in higher positions seem very incompetent which is frustrating No clear processes about compensation and promotions

Technical people is highly skilled. It is a great workplace to learn and collect experience.

Cons

Do not expect much raise because "everyone is very good, but you keep up nicely in such a competitive atmosphere".
