I was poached from Amazon thinking this would be a revolutionary organization. In reality, frequent layoffs, top heavy with managers (no advancement), no solid direction, stop and go organization with very little foresight and creativity. They throw things at the wall like bakery and kitchens, hoping to somehow reduce opex. They'll never be profitable.
