Good pay, benefits, PTO, Sick time, profit sharing, and company transparency.

Cons

Lots of layoffs to get profitable, changes in leadership as I had 9 bosses in 4 years, saw hyper growth then during economic downturn, lots of changes and layoffs.

-Can get very busy/backed up as they're always accepting orders -Drivers can have an attitude at times about orders further out in the range of deliveries
