      Pros

      GoPuff is a faced based, results driven, intense, but fun and rewarding place to work. Things aren't perfect, but leadership is committed to building the best company in this industry and each month that passes we get better and better. GoPuff is on an amazing path and I'm honored to be a part of it.

      Cons

      If you aren't they type of person who can handle the challenges that come with being at a startup you shouldn't work here.

      Not worth it at all

      Pros

      Casual dress, and workplace environment in general. I'd say opportunity for promotion, although half the people that receive promotions are fired within 6 months anyway so maybe not a pro...

      Cons

      Hours, pay, atrocious internal communication, health insurance, management that moves people around like a game of musical chairs, working in unsafe/sanitary conditions, feeling like you have to fight just to get resources you need, and gross nepotism

      Pros

      I enjoyed working on a small team because you get close with the people you work with and it makes the job more fun, especially as a brand ambassador

      Cons

      They have this new system to pay you that basically an app, and I still haven't been paid
