Young company with a lot of potentials. Very ambitious employees who are ready to put in the work to grow

Cons

All decision making are all handled by top management at the headquarters but some of these should be taken care by the local management, which will help them make right decisions for their city respectively

Cons

working team is not held to standards you see in professional environments. poor communication to employees. recruit based on opportunity, however company is looking more for low cost help for menial tasks.
