Pros

Good discount Promote from within Benefits Vacation pay Sick days Great starting pay

Cons

Favoritism, poor communication between management and staff, supervisors are treated like crap and never involved in major decisions, nothing is ever good enough, horrible with giving feedback, won't offer to help you unless you ask, feels like they're waiting for you to make a mistakes, double standards, all managers do is complain and take it out on sales advisors, horrible customer service.

Pros

They work around your schedule with no questions asked! They are also very helpful with their training and are very paitent.

Cons

I believe there are no cons at working at h&m. Other than there is little room for growth. You really have to work hard for growth.
