Pros

the ability to react to business trends in individual stores and create garment flow according to buyers patterns. pay is very competitive the lowers

Cons

company is just 10 years old in america still behind the curve in some areas tech being the most important one. does have some positive to business model just needs to find they sweet spot and stick with it. if they would bring on an consulting company or get bought out by a larger retail company with more experience company would do great.
