Pros

H&M is one of he few employers that compensate their employees as far as salary . Every store is ran entirely different and has its own definition as far as the standards for the company .

Cons

Management staff is never on the same page when it comes to setting a standard/example for the associates to follow after . Human recources does a horrible job as far as solving associate issues .

Pros

H&M has great customer service, hours, a good work environment and benefits. It is nice to be part of an upcoming brand.

Cons

The pay is minimal in the beginning and any position requires six months of prior experience in the retail industry.
