Pros

Good discount, even on sale items, $50 giftcard for each employee for every month made sales goal Friendly staff Associates can take their own initiative to advance

Cons

Poor communication between management The $50 giftcard I later found out was taken out of our tax dollars Managers play favorites, making it a bit tough to advance. The employee assistance hotline is completely useless, having nothing to do with the company itself.

Pros

Working at H&M had a lot of benefits; (i.e. great interesting people of varying age and cultural backgrounds). The "guests" or customers were pretty alright. Interesting, in the sense that there were a lot of tourists or people not natively from the United States. The San Francisco store was always busy, so time went by pretty fast. Discount was always a plus. Promotional campaigns were always exciting.

Cons

Management could be a little more considerate towards their employees.
