Pros

25% discount and an occasional 50% discount card. Paid birthdays and opportunity to get to management within 5 years.

Cons

Difficult work, odd hours. A lot of unmotivated employees. Personally it was not the right fit for me; the work is redundant and doesn't help to develop your mind at all (maybe if your in management).

Pros

Great pay for a retail job, good discount (25%) Never boring! Get to wear trendy and casual clothes Coworkers are mostly friendly

Cons

No accountability for store managers - I haven't seen the regional visit the store in ages. No communication between the store manager and sales advisors - "Learning by doing" is code for they won't train you, and when you do something incorrectly, you get yelled at. When there is "communication," it is usually very contradictory and unclear.
