HCL did a crack job deleting my last review so I'm back again to re-emphasize that HCL America (not to be confused with HCL as a whole) is a failure of the imagination. Regardless, whatever account you're working on, at some point India is going to get involved and micromanage it until they've pushed everyone off the account and rotated out until they're fully overseas. HCL does not want to do business in America and has no interest in the professional development or growth of US-based employees.
