Great employment practices, fair treatment for employees, international mix in staff, great salary, great location

Cons

Some elements of toxic culture. Employees who have been around for long time appear to either block newer initiatives or sound very negative. After last management overhaul in 2015/16, a lot of promotions were doled out to those who could make a big talk. Unfortunately, those who really worked hard were left out.
