      Wonderful colleagues, flexible and family-compatible working hours. A lot of training offered for those interested.

      Cons

      Sometimes poor communication among internal teams. Lack of proper communication on company overall vision from the upper management.

      Pros

      Freedom to develop and influence the business, a culture that allows your opinion and point of view, very good pay, the opportunity to work in a very culturally diverse environment, being part of shaping the future.

      Cons

      I do not see any downside for myself. There is a lot of change going on. There is no routine and you have to feel comfortable changing directions, learning and unlearning ways of working. But I like that a lot.
