The factory is a really good place to work, the salary is not bad by Turkish standards and the name 'Hugo Boss' is cool.

Cons

Hugo Boss Central IT manages the challenges of systems, so you will not have a real specialist role. The company is not a place where you can improve yourself. Additionally, during the job interview, they say you will work hybrid, but when you start they don't want to give you home office days (if they allow it, these days are Tuesdays or Thursdays).
