Pros
Great ambiance, the idea behind all stores comes directly from Germany. It has some amazing people who are real experts in sales. They have some of the best managers in the dubai. Material you get to work with is really good quality.
Cons
Medical insurance. Low commission. Lack of character and training in supervisors. 1 and hald day's off (needs to complete 1 year of Employment before receiving the half duty day. Favouritism and different set of rules for everyone. Communication is only good with the store manager, however the supervisors delivering the message translate it into negativity.
