Good experience, especially for those who want to develop in the retail industry. Working in Hugo Boss highlight your Cv. Most of the colleagues are really nice. Great staff discount. If you are a valid person there is the possibility to be involved in personal development programs for higher roles.

Cons

Some of the managers are always focused in doing sales rather than manage their department and training people working within the company, this have a big impact on your daily/weekly chance to meet your target. Some of the people are not able to do anything at all a part from sales. There is no team work. Sometimes personal target is to high considering the quantity of people working in your floor.
