      Free uniform, if you are in a good location in Toronto (good management team), opportunity to move up in the company, acknowledgement for achievements, good discounts for employees, commission.

      Cons

      Even including the commissions, the payments are low (regardless the location), managers take sales on the shopping floor as sales advisors.
