Free uniform, staff was a lot of fun, good management, opportunity to move up in the company, acknowledgement for achievements, good discount, commission

Cons

Hard to make daily targets at times, low pay, had to wear heels all shift, long hours, discount was good but capped

Pros

You have some good benefits like a 50% off on collection or a medical insurance when you are fixed. The company offer a good training with online courses.

Cons

Too much work for some coins. You have to leave your life to be 100% there, it is exhausted. Too much responsibilities and pressure to get a normal salary. They don't recognise your good/hard work if you are a women (man on the top).

Commission is on everything you sell and staff discount are good, big luxury profile store and good customer base and met some good friends

Cons

Lots of extra hours for little or no pay and even less thanks, little chance of progression and very rude and disrespectful management style
