      Great benefits. Nice people, really good benefits that start quickly . Very fun employees . Always pay on time. Not the worst position , but straight sales is better

      Cons

      Commission against salary , but you are too busy doing little stuff to sell. Plus you are not paid overtime when you do inventory which is like 2 shifts.

      - Awesome staff discount - Some nice bonuses for mystery shopper, certain sales etc - Staff were nice and welcoming to new staff - Great sales coaching and programs

      Cons

      - Long extensive training modules (rewarded at end) - Can be unorganised some times - Lots to learn about all the products, materials and etc
