Pros
The people, the product and the employee discount are all great! Great employee benefits and company provides employee uniforms. You get more freedom here than most brands.
Cons
The compensation for the amount of work done is not sufficient, commission structure for sales associates leads to high turnover and lack of support from corporate is common.
