Hugo Boss is by far the worst employer I have ever worked for. The management are bully's and I personally witnessed staff being both mentally and physically bullied by members of higher store management. Some staff are singled out and made to feel worthless. There is no training, coaching or development in anyway as the managers did not care. I once had an employee in tears as she was dragged by the arm which left bruises and spoken to about being fired in front of other staff member. The pay is pitiful, the staff moral was very low. High turnover of staff, no development, no progression unless your "face fit" or you were willing to be exploited. Management are either involved with staff, afraid of them or seem to think they can treat them with contempt. If you are considering Hugo Boss as an employer, I would honestly as yourself "do you have self respect"

Unfortunately there is a blatant disregard to treating staff in a manner that is conducive to job satisfaction and promotion from within. There are certain individuals in the Gold Coast locations that do not guide or help staff in a manner conducive to happiness. In recent times over 8 staff members have left the Gold Coast stores with more to leave. Surely there is a major problem with upper and middle management not looking after the region properly. There approach to staff is cold clinical ANAL and perdantic not focussing on issues such as proper staffing adequate size range and a complacent attitude towards getting things done. Favouritism is rampant and if your not part of the inner circle then you are quickly removed with contempt. The Robina location is too small with inadequate stock sizes. The staff struggle to do budget constantly. Get rid of your rigid authoritarian arrogance and get back to basics! What is going to happen to their flagship store at Pacific Fair. I pray that they management learn from there mistakes for a prosperous new year!
