Pros
Being around nice overpriced suits and ridiculously expensive shirts. Looking back on this (and it was some time since I worked there) there were very limited benefits. There was no discrimination working here for age, race, sexual orientation, but there was a HUGE nepotism between some people.
Cons
I was harassed for almost three months by another employee and even got it on camera. The manager's answer to me, don't touch the camera system anymore. I thought that was part of my job, but when you combine an ineptly trained manager with a vicious assistant manager that feels threatened by you because you excelled at the new computer system and she didn't. Even reports to district managers were never addressed and human resources did nothing. This company should be closed for allowing this kind of abuse to employees.
