Senior management receive bonuses but not the rest of the head office staff that work their arses off to get the results. Great for morale 🤨. Nearly all senior management have been there forever and have no idea how companies work outside of Hugo Boss. So resistant to change and better ways of working. Huge amounts of overtime and no recognition of getting this time back or the toll it takes on the teams mental health and wellbeing. High staff turnover, not uncommon for people to resign without a job lined up. Doesn’t that just say it all… Bullying by senior management and when the head of HR is the worst of them all, where do you go from there.

In my ten years I have experienced -discrimination for observing my religion being told I would not advance in my career with my religious restrictions. -Retaliated against by a new superior, who quickly left the company a year later. Damage was done. I received nothing. -Convinced to take a promotion while scamming me out of 20% of my salary. After voicing my concern, I was promised I wouldn't be losing money. Meanwhile I moved to an expensive city for them, after being sold by my supervisor that it would be a good idea to transfer there. This reduced my income below my expenses. -Been verbally abuse on various occasions, including raised voices and cussing. -They lie and place blame for their shortcomings on others. Anything for them to get ahead. They don't care about the company or its employees. This company's management caused me anxiety and depression for 3 years of my life. and one year later, I still think about how I they wasted and took away the best years of my life. My prime years.
