      Pros

      Good pay. Customers can be very enjoyable to help and talk to. Work gets slow but rarely is too boring or overbearing.

      Cons

      Extremely bad management. Terrible work conditions and lazy manager. Borderline dangerous environment where employees felt unsafe and physically sick.

      Pros

      Hugo Boss is maybe one of the best companies I have worked for. Amazing brand with fantastic product. Good salary with ability to earn great commission.

      Cons

      Possibly the poorest leadership I have ever witnessed. Communication to staff and in deed to customers on the shop floor was rude and disrespectful! Undermining members of management in front of staff and customers. No training in any aspect but expected to know the 'boss' way. No support or guidance at all!

      Pros

      You have some good benefits like a 50% off on collection or a medical insurance when you are fixed. The company offer a good training with online courses.

      Cons

      Too much work for some coins. You have to leave your life to be 100% there, it is exhausted. Too much responsibilities and pressure to get a normal salary. They don't recognise your good/hard work if you are a women (man on the top).
