Commission is on everything you sell and staff discount are good, big luxury profile store and good customer base and met some good friends

Cons

Lots of extra hours for little or no pay and even less thanks, little chance of progression and very rude and disrespectful management style

Good company . The employee discount a great perk of the job. The ladies collection is beautiful and men's suiting is fashion forward.

Cons

Upper management are disconnected with the sales staff. They do not support you or even look at you as a person.
