Some of the collegue’s are nice. But management makes it hard to enjoy the place of employment.

Cons

Some of the collegue’s are very competitive even when you don’t want to partake in competition. Management is out there to get you, instead of supporting you. Hiring you just to find reasons to fire you.

1% commission (not as much) Really nice uniform, when they have some for you and free uniform tailoring 65% personal discount 50% for friends and family (£3000 limit for full timer 40 hours) Could potentially have a career within the company

Cons

Attracts the weirdest of people (money hungry), have never worked with so many people who are not ok in their head Takes forever to get uniform A lot of self-interest from many different parties Fail to keep their staff in due to pay
