If you have a great store manager and there is good team oral you’ll make friends for life

Cons

Extremely toxic culture all about sales and not the staff. You will miss all big events that any friends or family members will have as you won’t be allowed any time off. You’re hard work will go unnoticed by higher management, it’s all about how good you look not about how hard you work.

Horrible company to work for! Pay is a joke for management. They treat works like crap. There's favoritism everywhere. Want to work you like a dog but no overtime. They say they care about your worklife they don't! There's NEVER raises! You can and will not EVER advance here! Run don't walk!
