Business Outlook
Pros
Varation of tasks and a great deal of responsibility. I really learnt a lot! Nice collegues of a wide age span. Some of management were great, others slightly less so.
Cons
Internal processes were sometimes hard to keep track on, and what I could and couldn't, as well as should and shouldn't, was not always clear. Also, more initiatives on team building would have been beneficial.
