      work life balance, opportunities to travel to SEA countries.

      Cons

      Research team is not very strong in Hitachi. High turnover rates. Wanted to develop in data domain but already lack too much behind.

      Benefits and it's a paycheck!

      Cons

      Blatant favoritism, harassment and retaliation. Management is woefully incompetent, immature and bad behavior is encouraged to continue by upper management. Suggestions and new ideas are shot down if it's not from one of the "chosen" ones. No one takes responsibility instead it's a big blame game.
