The only pros if you wont join the company. I don't have any personal grudge with the company. The way this company works is the worst company you can ever work for.
Cons
The biggest mistake of my life is joining this company as a fresher, they won’t even tell you the exact breakage of your salary properly. They have No moral ethics in the company. HR things they own the company because the HR head is MD’s daughter. Don’t expect your travelling allowance on time, not before 2 to 3 months. Worst politics you can ever experience in any company. Be prepared for working 24 hours without getting any travel or food allowance. Even after leaving the they won’t leave you alone, they are gonna make sure that they will either deduct the whole amount or partial amount from your full and final settlement. If you don’t wanna grow in your career then you should join this company without having a second thought.
