      Pros

      Really lovely atmosphere - everyone is so friendly and happy to help. You feel welcomed and supported from the very start. The Company values are considered at every step of the recruitment process so new hires all tend to have similar attitudes and approaches to work.

      Cons

      Processes are quite old fashioned, although it is going through a process of change at the moment.

      I heard of this company's reputation before I considered working here and gave it the benefit of the doubt because it could be isolated incidences among employees. However, I found out first hand that this is a bad place to work and I will never forgive what they did to me!

      Pros

      Small size company good for a beginner (analyst) to start and learn the trick of trade. Good professional environment people are nice in general. Hitachi Group (Japanese group) has took over since the beginning of this year and we are seeing lot of changes and improvements in the management and business processes. The company is now expanding its activities in several countries around the world included United States, pretty good upcoming perspectives...

      Cons

      Small sized company for now but it is growing so I this aspect could be not a limit anymore in next few years.
