Pros

They provide plenty of hours to people who do their jobs/want hours. If you are a coordinator you get paid vacation, medical benefits (which I have heard are quite good ones despite not having used them yet), and a 401K plan.

Cons

Inflexible Scheduling - Merchandise coordinators are technically required to have open availability (although this rule is not always enforced.) Schedules are posted three days before the next week at the earliest. (While employees are expected the usual 2 weeks advanced notice for requests off.) Minimum Wage starting wages (for part time positions) There is little to no training for most positions. The Store is consistently under staffed. They are not good at getting rid of lazy employees.

Pros

Environment fluctuated but there is always something to do (don't ever just stand around), work with very pleasant people (including managers), and overall feel is great

Cons

Pay not the best and have to prove yourself to get hours (but they do work around school and other job schedules). Most frustrating thing was having newer kids get more hours than the hardworking ones, or having short shifts.
