      Pros

      Company is highly effective in aligning goals, metrics and rallying organizations/functions to achieve aggressive targets. Outstanding technologies and brilliant individuals.

      Cons

      The hyper focus of pursuing metrics can sometimes foster an environment of tunnel vision decision making processes can diminish value and an ever increasing attitude of everything is important all of the time. Also, sometimes major change initiatives don't have sufficient change management strategies to optimize customer impact.

      The Science of Doing It Right!

      Pros

      Honeywell Operating System. They have their process improvement down to a science. Clean facilities and the work flow is very efficient. Great pay and benefits package.

      Cons

      Honeywell originally owned the block at the Torrance location, but sold off some buildings and now their main facility and offices are located behind a storage rental center, so the facility is difficult to locate.

      It is a very large corporation which comes with lots of pitfalls. These are mostly communication related.
