      HOS - It's a good Ops System. I learned a lot from it. Good Management - Honeywell has a lot of very hard working managers

      Cons

      I know it's bad to bite the hand that feeds you, but working with the government is a royal pain. 401K and Health care - Suck! - Most employees use the spouse's health care.
