      Top level management is very good and has the company positioned well for future success. High reliance on technology and a good place for engineers to work.

      Cons

      Worldwide organization leads to days getting stretched on both sides, but hours tend to be flexible to not lead to too much burn out.

      Good company to work for. Management looks to correct issues rather than work around them. Top performers will be recognized for their efforts.

      Cons

      In a slow growth economy room for advancement will be limited unless you are willing to relocate to other Honeywell offices. Bonus compensation only for management.
