I have been very happy with my decision to join hubspot, since joining my experince has been overwhelmingly positive. I feel passionate about my work and confident that I’m working for a market leader, I feel constantly excited by the new innovations HubSpot is making. Some pros I think that everyone can benefit from who are considering joining: - A fantastic leadership team that genuinely cares - Freedom to decide how you want to work, remote, hybrid or in the office - Unlimited leave (still can’t believe this) - Great people, so many seasoned professionals who are always willing to share knowledge - Generous pay structure and RSU’s And so many more!

My manager is empathetic, caring and fun. The work is enjoyable and challenging - I feel like I am solving issues for my client group and really making an impact. The benefits and overall compensation is really good - HubSpot meets my needs an employee and makes me want to show up energised and giving my all everyday.
