Thanks for the thoughtful review and for helping our People Ops team grow. I agree with you that we have an earnest interest in employee growth and that we get to work with really bright people. On the IC front, I think it's a fair push--we have some catching up to do on manager prep and programming, but once we get that set we'll continue to add programs that are available and accessible (and remarkable) to ICs, such as Fellows, Master Classes, and other equivalent programming and career paths. My two years at HubSpot has been the most rewarding and challenging (in the best way) two years of any job I've held. HubSpot deeply care about our customers, our employees, and our product! - Autonomy - Balance - People - Challenging - Learning - Leadership

Cons

As a HubSpot employee, you have to be willing to work hard. This fast paced environment isn't for everyone, but it's incredibly rewarding if you're an ambitious person.
