      A great place to grow as an engineer with business sense

      1. Great culture - most engineers are very supportive, open-minded and empathetic. 2. Solid onboarding process - the onboarding project is well-designed. All new members will get exposed to the major HubSpot features by working on a small project including both backend and frontend. 3. Good management - things are usually clarified promptly

      Cons

      1, Challenged business growth - under the current economic climate, HubSpot might slow down its business expansion compared with previous years, which will result in hiring freeze and affecting career growth opportunities

      Great internship opportunity

      Pros

      Came in for a full-time 6 month internship as a front end developer and shipped code into production in my first week on the team. I constantly feel like I'm learning and growing - and not only in my coding abilities. The opportunities that they offer for their interns (tech talks, Q&As with upper leadership, bonding experiences, etc.) are extensive and incredible. I couldn't rave enough about the opportunities for growth throughout the experience.

      Cons

      As an intern, it's great to work at HubSpot. I don't have many complaints in that regard, but I can see how the obsessive and very intense culture might be a challenge as a full time engineer - although you can also see it for how much pride everyone takes in their work.
