Pros

Great coworkers, everyone was a team in the department, okay discount, clean environment, good parties and events, compensation was higher than most places doing the same type of work.

Cons

Upper management was incompetent, not understanding about life outside of work, a lot of people I worked with were in College, but scheduling was difficult to accommodate school. Other departments were hard to communicate with, not very helpful at all. Couldn't really speak to anyone in upper management about issues with other departments because they were all buddy buddy. No room for advancement unless your kissing someones butt well before the position is open.

Pros

Benefits if you are Full-Time (HL3)

Cons

Working hard won't get you anywhere, coworkers that contribute less get the same or more hours than you do so things are "fair" Human Resources is not supportive of managers Meetings and trainings are a waste of time and accomplish nothing Senior management is so scared to lose their jobs or have a potential lawsuit that they do not hold people accountable The more you cry, the more you will get....this may be a pro to some
