Pros

Company with social responsibility and extraordinary efforts for sustainability. IKEA pays managers very well, amazing benefits. Good work-life balance. Perfect fit for self-starters. Culture very open, flat organization.

Cons

High expectations from hourly coworkers, and low pay. Training is almost non-existent. Company has great intentions but can't seem to execute for training. IKEA used to have a super friendly, casual culture but has become much more corporate, top-down over the years. Management spends a lot of time in meeting rooms as opposed to being involved with their people.
